Took our first trip to Bells Bend this weekend. Actually, it was my second trip — I’d forgotten I’d been there before, years and years ago. Took the ferry across the river back when they still did such things. I was with a friend and we knew the ferry’s days were numbered and we wanted to use it one time before it went away.
I felt like I was in another county, not outside of Nashville!
Cool. I’m excited to hear about people going out there and loving it.
