They’ve opened a new Mexican restaurant around the corner from us–El Ray, or El Rey, sorry. I can’t remember. It’s fine, I think, if a little pricey. I’d like to see something survive there, though, so I’m happy to support it.

El Rey Azteca, I think, if you’re talking about the one by I-24. I’ve seen it on the credit card statements already because the husband works nearby. He says the lunch prices are reasonable, and the food is less gut-bomby than the Joelton Mazatlan.
Yep, that would be it. I really did think they were fine. Not knock your socks off, but good and the people are very nice and I couldn’t believe how quick the service was. And the size drink you get! Holy cow. I’m positive about it. I think it’s a good addition to the neighborhood.
I haven’t been to the place in Joelton yet, but based on your comments, I don’t think I’ll be in any hurry to get there.
