Yes, kind of. If I planted them, I don’t remember when and there was one that came up last year. I certainly didn’t plant them last year. And this year they’ve spread very nicely.
So, I guess if you aren’t worried about how long it takes them to sprout, yes, they are easy.
Those are a native variety of primrose-we called them ‘buttercups’ growing up.
And here( in Texas) they will get invasive if you don’t want them. If you do want them they just up and die.
